What’s my credit score?
And for that matter you, yourself didn’t really question anyone about what your credit score was.
But that has all changed now. With the way the economy is right now.
It is more important now to know what your credit score is more then ever before. Did you know that it is in your best interest to know what your credit score is?
Before you apply for a loan or refinance your house mortgage is even better.
By knowing what your credit score is before you hit the loan desk, the better prepared you’ll be with the outcome of the application. It will cut down on the moments that would normally catch you off guard and possibly ruin your chance at getting the best interest rate loan.
Let’s look at the following scenarios.
Scenario #2: You have an appointment to apply for a loan at your local bank. You have done your homework before arriving for the application. You answer his/her questions easily. You know what your credit score is already so when it comes time to negotiate a payment plan. (yes some banks and car dealerships will barter on the payment plan)
Which Scenario do you think would play out more so in your favor?
That’s right, Scenario #2.
Because you had done your homework prior to the appointment.
And you didn’t have to ask, “What’s my credit score?”.
So, if your getting ready to apply for a loan, remortgage your house or buy a car.
Do your homework. Know what you can afford for payments.
Know all your expenses.
Buy a notebook, write it all down.
And above all, Know what your credit score is.
That’s your Ace in the hole.
