I need to rebuild my credit after the bankruptcy is discharged. How long after its discharged should I be able to apply for something and hopefully get approved?
My husband and I filed for bankruptcy. We were scheduled to get our stimulus payment on May 2nd, before they announced that they were moving up the payments. But we have not gotten it yet and I check on the irs website and they have no information on it. Will our bankruptcy take our payment?
