How can I know if my business credit cards are personally guaranteed?

Hello,

How can I know if my business credit cards are personally guaranteed? I don’t have copies of the original applications and I don’t want to call the cards to ask (because it may impact me negatively). Is there something in the Terms & Conditions of the cards that I should look for?

What is the maximum amount of credit cards a person can have?

Is there a limit to the number of credit cards someone can have? For example, if I already have a VISA card, am I not allowed to have another one?

Hubby and I is filing bankruptcy and now I am trying to figure out how to get our credit back up without credit cards. We don’t do very well with credit cards.
And no it’s not all credit cards for why we filled. House and car is the main reason!
